Rho Omicron Zeta Chapter was chartered on January 1, 2000 by five ambitious women. Since its establishment, the chapter has diligently serviced the Staten Island community with numerous workshops and programs designed to enhance the quality of life of Staten Island residents.
The chapter has left virtually no field of service endeavor untapped. Its “boots on the ground” style of charity has always been larger than its size. The chapter has volunteer untotaled hours to Hurricane Sandy Recovery effort, workshops on Domestic Violence, date rape, diabetes, breast cancer, prenatal care, self esteem and sexual health. The chapter continues to make monetary donations to several organizations aligned with her mission.
